Ca' Apollonio - a luxury hotel
The sixteenth-century estate of the Apollonio family in Romano d'Ezzelino has been masterfully renovated to host a Boutique Hotel with a SPA, a Bistro, a Gourmet restaurant, organic vegetable gardens, and resistant vineyards.
The legacy of the past guided the restoration choices based on natural materials and finishes, reinterpreted in a contemporary style.
Wood and aluminium windows and doors
Even the windows and doors, in terms of materials, type, and finishes,
blend into the leitmotif of the project:
made of fir wood, a natural and renewable material, with a brushed and water-based bleached finish,
which echoes that of the ceiling beams.
The triple glazing guarantees high thermal and acoustic performance, while the external aluminium cladding ensures
durability over time.
The concealed frame and the coplanar sash
flush with the internal wall give
the windows and French doors a clean and modern design.

Surrounded by resistant vineyards and organic vegetable gardens, the property hosts an exclusive SPA, a gourmet restaurant, and a contemporary bistro, offering guests an authentic experience immersed in the natural and cultural beauty of the Veneto region.
Conservative restoration and natural materials: the value of authenticity
The renovation project has successfully enhanced the historical identity of the Apollonio estate, preserving original materials and reinterpreting them with modern elegance. Every architectural choice reflects a sustainable and respectful vision: restored wooden beams, natural plaster, and artisanal finishes have been integrated with contemporary solutions, creating refined and welcoming environments. Design dialogues with history in a perfect balance between past and present, ideal for those seeking a charming stay dedicated to well-being and culture.
Wood and aluminium windows and doors: comfort, design, and high performance
